International Customer Care Executive(night Shift )

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound calls from US-based customers regarding telecom services. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication throughout interactions. Document call details and update the CRM system accurately. Meet daily performance targets like customer satisfaction, response time, and quality.

Eligibility Criteria:



Qualification:

Graduate Fresher / Experienced candidates SSC + 3 Years Diploma HSC + 3 Years Diploma

Age Limit:

21 to 32 years Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Comfortable working in a

US rotational shift

. Should be customer-oriented and a good problem-solver.

Work Details:



Shift Timing:

4:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Any 9-hour shift)

Working Days:

5 days a week

Week Off:

2 rotational offs
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
