We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented

Collection Executive

to join MNC's.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred) Higher Secondary (HSC) pass with relevant experience may also be considered

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in collections or voice-based customer service (BPO experience preferred)

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities

28,000 - 40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
