International Collection & Credit Card Sales (American Express Process)

The role involves interacting with international customers, managing outstanding credit card payments, and promoting Amex products and offers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to international customers regarding credit card dues and payments. Promote American Express credit card products and offers where applicable. Negotiate and arrange payment plans while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed call logs and payment records in the CRM system. Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines. Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year

of experience in International Voice / Collection / Salesprocess. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English. Ability to handle high-pressure targets and maintain professionalism. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in

US night shifts
