An International Client Handling job involves managing customer needs across different countries, focusing on communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building via phone, email, and chat, while navigating cultural differences and time zones to resolve inquiries, process orders, and ensure high satisfaction, often requiring language skills and CRM software proficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

Handle inquiries, complaints, and support requests via diverse channels (phone, email, chat).

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot product issues, billing questions, and service problems efficiently.

Information Delivery:

Provide accurate details on products, services, and promotions.

Documentation:

Log all customer interactions and details in CRM systems.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for improving customer service processes.

Time Zone Management:

Adapt schedules to serve clients in various global locations.
Essential Skills:

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
