Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office Only)

Salary Range:

?30,000 - ?42,000 CTC per month + Relocation Bonus + 14-Day Hotel Stay

Job Summary:

As a

Customer Experience Executive

, you'll be the first point of contact for our

global clients

, handling their queries with empathy, accuracy, and speed across

voice and non-voice channels

. After resolving the quety, pitch the suitable products and close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers across

US, UK, and Australian regions

through calls, chat, and email.

- Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure

high satisfaction ratings.

- Record accurate case details and follow up with customers as required.

- Contribute to

process improvement.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken & written English

(mandatory).

Freshers & experienced

candidates are both welcome.

- Graduates / Undergraduates

(any stream).

- Willing to

relocate to Jaipur

(relocation bonus + stay assistance provided).

- Comfortable working in

rotational shifts

(including night shifts).
