We KGiS Hiring for International Chat/Email support

Candidate Description:

? A minimum of two (2) years in a customer-facing role, with a preference in supporting customers in Chat

and Email formats

? Ability to multitask and handle up to three chat/emails simultaneously

? Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and operate multiple computer

systems simultaneously

? Experience working with customers digitally or on the phones

? Proficient in applications such as chat platforms and phone applications, Google-Suite applications and various Internet browsers

Assist customers in policy-related queries, claims, billing, or coverage details with accurate information and practical solutions. Assist customers in navigating through self-service applications and trouble shoot login issues. Empathize and provide guidance to future customers and current policyholders.
