Shift: Rotational Shifts

Week Offs: Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility: Both Side Cabs Available

We are hiring for the role of International Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries via chat for global clients. The ideal candidate must possess strong written communication skills and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via chat.

Resolve customer issues by understanding their concerns and providing appropriate solutions.

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction.

Adhere to process guidelines and service-level agreements.

Requirements:

Excellent written English communication skills.

Comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Prior BPO/chat experience is a plus but freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
