We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented International Customer Service Associate to join in NOIDA.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

: Respond to customer queries and concerns through Chat professionally and in a timely manner.

Issue Resolution

: Troubleshoot customer issues effectively, providing accurate solutions and escalating when necessary.

Adaptability

: Remain flexible to shift changes and handle peak periods with high efficiency.

Requirements

Education

: UG/ Graduates /PG ( Any Stream)

Experience

: 1-5 years in customer service, preferably handling international clients (Chats)

Skills

: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

Availability

: Willingness to work night shifts or rotational shifts
