Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat across international markets. Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot product/service issues. Build strong relationships with customers by providing insightful solutions and exceeding expectations. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Undergraduate freshers are eligible.

Skills:

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Language:

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
