Requirements:

Minimum 1 year International Chat (Dual Concurrency) experience (Voice experience is not considered )

12th Pass & Above

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Ready to Relocate | Max Age: 42

Salary:

12-17 Months Exp: ₹3,85,000 PA 18-23 Months Exp: ₹4,10,000 PA 24+ Months Exp: ₹4,33,000 PA

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via live chat professionally & promptly Provide accurate product/service info to help customers decide Maintain records in CRM system Achieve targets on response time & customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,361.54 - ₹34,171.52 per month
