Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound live chat interactions
from international airline customers
Assist customers with:
Flight bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
Web check-in and seat selection
Baggage policies and allowances
Refunds, fare rules, and general travel queries
Provide accurate information in line with airline policies and SOPs
Maintain a high level of
customer satisfaction (CSAT)
and quality scores
Document interactions and update customer records accurately
Meet defined
SLAs, AHT, and productivity targets
Eligibility & Skills Required
Excellent
written English communication skills
(mandatory)
Prior
international chat or airline/BPO experience
preferred
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Shift & Working Days
3 rotational shifts
(7Am-3Pm, 3Pm-11Pm, 11Pm-7Am)
5 days working with rotational weekly offs
