Responsibilities:

Handling customer queries via chat..

Resolving issues quickly and professionally.

Assisting with order tracking, complaints, and troubleshooting.
Maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Profile:

Should have good communication skills

Shound be comfortable with working in night shift

Should have all passing certificate and graduation degree
