We are hiring Customer Support Executives for domestic and international

voice/Chat process

. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound/outbound customer calls. Provide accurate information and effective solutions. Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction. Work in day and rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Eligibility / Requirements:



Qualification:

12th Pass and above Freshers & Experienced both can apply Good communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus) Willingness to work in day and rotational shifts
