We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our

International Chat Support team

. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through live chat. This role is open for

both freshers and experienced candidates

who are willing to work in

night shifts

.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle multiple customer chats efficiently with professionalism and empathy. Resolve queries related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when necessary. Maintain customer satisfaction and meet quality benchmarks. Update records of customer interactions in the system.

Requirements:

For Freshers:

Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream). Excellent written English communication skills. Typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM with good accuracy. Willingness to work in

night shifts

and rotational offs. Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

For Experienced Candidates:

6 months-3 years of experience in

international chat/email process

preferred. Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows. Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Strong command of written English. Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Flexibility for rotational shifts and night shifts.
