Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Chat Support team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service (preferably in international chat support), excellent written communication skills, and a flexible attitude toward working night shifts and rotational offs.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution Follow up with customers where necessary to ensure resolution Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards Meet daily and monthly performance metrics and targets Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in a customer support role Excellent written communication skills in English Good typing speed (minimum 30-35 WPM) with accuracy Familiarity with customer support software and CRMs is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Flexible to work night shifts and rotational weekly offs

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an international BPO/KPO environment Knowledge of US/UK cultural context Graduate or undergraduate with strong command of English
