Customer Chat Representative

You will handle customer conversations through chat and email. Your main goal is to solve their queries and make them happy with your support.

Key Tasks:

Communicate with customers online Answer product or service questions Handle issues quickly and correctly Maintain a good tone and attitude while chatting

Eligibility:

12th pass or higher Freshers and experienced both can apply Strong written English and typing speed Must be ready for night and rotational shifts

Pay Range:

?26,000 - ?36,000 per month (CTC)
