Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present continental dishes as per the menu and standards
Ensure timely and quality food production
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols in the kitchen
Manage and guide commis chefs and kitchen helpers
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen stewarding team
Collaborate with the Head Chef for menu planning and innovation
Eligibility:
₹ 3 to 5 years of experience as CDP or equivalent in continental cuisine
₹ Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
₹ Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
₹ Creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork
