Make inbound and outbound calls to international customers (US/UK/Australia) for sales or customer support
Communicate clearly and professionally in English, following international calling standards
Explain products/services, pricing, and offers, and handle customer objections effectively
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM systems
Achieve call, sales, and quality targets while adhering to company guidelines and working rotational/night shifts
