Job Description

? Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

? Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.

? Follow communication "scripts" while handling different topics.

? Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

? Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise.

? Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by communicating the extra mile.

? Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

? Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.

? Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative target.

Facilities:



? Allocation of the accommodation for all employees who belongs to other cities.

? Adequate transportation facilities shall be provided to all women employees to dropping at their residence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
