We are seeking fluent English-speaking graduates for our International Calling (USA Process) team. This is a night shift role aligned with the USA time zone. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and are ready to start immediately -- we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound international calls to/from US-based clients or customers Provide excellent support and resolve queries efficiently Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately Follow communication scripts and adhere to company guidelines

Requirements:

Graduate (Any stream) Fluent in English (verbal and written) Willing to work night shifts (USA time zone) Immediate joiners preferred Prior BPO or international calling experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
