We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

International Calling Executive (BDM)

for our Noida office (near Sector 62) who has prior experience in handling

US clients

. This is a

non-technical role

ideal for individuals from the BPO industry looking to transition into a business development position.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with US-based clients to generate leads and build business opportunities. Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions effectively. Follow-up on inbound and outbound leads through emails, calls, and online communication. Schedule and coordinate meetings/demos with potential clients. Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project initiation. Meet weekly/monthly targets for outreach and conversions.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience working with

US clients in a BPO/KPO setup

. Strong negotiation and convincing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. Comfortable working in night shift (US Time Zone).

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in US client interaction (preferably in BPO/KPO roles). Graduation in any stream. Must be able to commute to Noida Sector 62.
