Job Responsibilities:
Handle outbound / inbound international calls professionally
Assist customers with queries and provide accurate information
Maintain call quality standards and customer satisfaction
Update system records accurately after each interaction
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English communication skills
Willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shift)
Basic computer knowledge
