BriBooks - the world's largest student publishing platform - is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven individual to strengthen our partnerships with schools across international markets. This role combines account management, outreach, and strategic growth, ensuring existing schools remain engaged while new schools join our global literary initiatives like the National Young Authors' Fair (NYAF) and Summer Book Writing Festival (SBWF).
Key Responsibilities
School Relationship Management:
Maintain close communication with existing partner schools across regions (Asia, Europe, Middle East, North America), ensuring they remain active in BriBooks programs and events.
New Partnership Development:
Reach out to, and onboard new schools through targeted outreach campaigns, networking events, and personalized communication.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and publishing) to ensure smooth onboarding and program participation.
Performance Tracking:
Maintain detailed records of partnership activity, outreach pipeline, and school engagement metrics using CRM tools.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or relationship management (preferably in education or ed-tech sectors).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional international languages are a plus (preferably American/British Accent).
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a natural ability to build trust with school leaders and educators.
Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
