Handle outbound and inbound calls for international clients (primarily U.S.-based).
Provide accurate information about services, resolve customer queries, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Follow communication scripts and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by team leads or managers.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication flow and timely resolution of issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Prior experience in an international call center or voice process is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
Ability to work in night shifts (mandatory).
