Responsibilities:

Connect on call with clients and consult them about the problems.

Keep tracking the issues at clients end and assigning engineer to get the issue resolved on immediate basis.

sales and cross sale the services of our company.

Get the issue resolved by his own which can be done on telephone or other mean.

Requirements:

Good communication skills and knowledge of IT Field.

Must have excellent communication skills.
