Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls or chats for international clients
Communicate clearly and professionally with global customers
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Follow company processes and quality guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to work in rotational shifts / night shifts
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Experience:
Freshers can apply
6 months-2 years of International BPO experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
