Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and motivated International Call Center Executives with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

o Conduct proactive outbound cold calls to US-based B2C and B2B prospects to generate leads and interest. Indeed Qualify prospects and schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team to drive pipeline growth. Indeed Handle inbound service calls from US customers, resolving queries professionally and ensuring excellent service delivery. Indeed Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Expertia Leverage strong communication skills and US HR background to support client engagement, compliance understanding, and workforce coordination.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of call center experience Fluency in English Strong communication and persuasion skills Experience in appointment setting and follow-up processes Ability to handle objections and maintain a customer-focused approach

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
