Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our international cabin crew team. As a member of the cabin crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers on board. You will represent our airline with professionalism and courtesy, delivering exceptional service that enhances the overall travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Passenger Safety: Ensure the safety and security of passengers by adhering to safety procedures, conducting safety demonstrations, and managing emergency situations.
In-flight Service: Provide excellent customer service by attending to passengers' needs, serving meals and beverages, and responding to special requests.
Pre-flight Preparation: Conduct pre-flight checks on safety equipment, ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the cabin, and verify passenger counts and seat allocations.
Customer Assistance: Assist passengers during boarding, disembarkation, and throughout the flight, including helping with luggage, addressing concerns, and providing information.
Cultural Sensitivity: Interact with passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating respect and understanding of different customs and preferences.
Communication: Coordinate with the flight deck and ground staff to ensure a smooth and efficient flight operation, including relaying important information to passengers.
Compliance: Adhere to aviation regulations, company policies, and international standards to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all passengers.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality, travel, or related fields is an advantage.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or as a flight attendant is preferred.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
Certification: Must possess or be willing to obtain required certifications, including a valid passport, visa, and relevant health and safety certifications.
Physical Requirements: Must meet the physical requirements for cabin crew, including height and weight standards, the ability to reach overhead bins, and the ability to lift and carry luggage.
