We are looking for a driven
Business Growth Executive
who can identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and support revenue expansion across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential domestic and international clients
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market outreach
Collaborate with marketing teams for lead conversion
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations
Support senior leadership by arranging client meetings
Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services
Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve offerings
Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in Business Development (BPO/Call Center experience preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to perform under deadlines and targets
