Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for international clients for purchase order, production shipmen status

Coordinate the entire sales order cycle: order confirmations, invoicing, shipment, and documentation. Prepare and review commercial documents such as proforma invoices, contracts, LC documentation, COA, COO, packing lists, etc. Liaise with logistics, supply chain, plant and regulatory teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with international market regulations. Track and follow up on purchase order, shipments and update customers regularly. Support international BD team in client communication report requirements Maintain accurate sales records, and reports. Ensure customer satisfaction by handling queries, complaints, and requests efficiently. Assist in preparing marketing material for international clients. Coordinate participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business tours.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
