Hooqx is looking for an experienced

International Business Development Manager

to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to international processes and proven experience in business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage international clients and business opportunities Identify new markets and generate leads through calls, emails, and meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum

2+ years of experience

in International Business Development / International Process Experience in international BPO, IT, or service-based industry preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong sales and client-handling abilities Ability to work with targets and incentives
