Create plans and strategies to develop business and achieve the company's sales goals.
Define and coordinate sales training programs to enable staff to reach their full potential and support company sales objectives.
Manage key customer relationships and actively participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and foster this attitude in others.
Generate at least USD 2000 in monthly revenue through fresh sales credit on the monthly billing cycle on individual capacity.
