: International Business Development ManagerPosition Overview

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to drive business growth in international markets, with a primary focus on Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) technical sales or Oil & Gas project sales, with proven ability to develop and convert business opportunities outside India.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in international markets, particularly in Africa Generate and manage a robust pipeline of leads through strategic prospecting and networking Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities in the Oil & Gas and NDT sectors Develop and execute market entry strategies for target regions
Sales & Client Management

Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead qualification to contract closure Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, contractors, and stakeholders Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve profitable business outcomes Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets
Market Expansion

Travel extensively to international markets to meet clients and close deals Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to inform business strategy Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client requirements
Required QualificationsExperience

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in international technical sales

Must have

experience in either: NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) technical sales, OR Oil & Gas project sales Proven track record of business development in international markets (outside India) Experience working in or selling to African markets is highly preferred Demonstrated success in lead qualification and conversion
Skills & Competencies

Strong technical understanding of NDT services or Oil & Gas industry operations Excellent lead qualification and prospecting abilities Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently in international markets with minimal supervision Strong business acumen and commercial negotiation capabilities Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

to target markets as required by business needs Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset Culturally adaptive and comfortable working in diverse international environments Results-oriented with strong drive to achieve targets Excellent relationship-building abilities Willingness to travel extensively (50-70% travel expected)
Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
