: International Business Development ManagerPosition Overview
We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to drive business growth in international markets, with a primary focus on Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) technical sales or Oil & Gas project sales, with proven ability to develop and convert business opportunities outside India.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in international markets, particularly in Africa
Generate and manage a robust pipeline of leads through strategic prospecting and networking
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities in the Oil & Gas and NDT sectors
Develop and execute market entry strategies for target regions
Sales & Client Management
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead qualification to contract closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve profitable business outcomes
Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets
Market Expansion
Travel extensively to international markets to meet clients and close deals
Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to inform business strategy
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client requirements
Required QualificationsExperience
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in international technical sales
