International Business Development Manager

Job Description

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in international markets. Develop and execute strategic plans to enter and grow in targeted regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, distributors, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and local business practices. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients and partners. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, finance, logistics) to support international expansion. Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in international business development, sales, or export management. Strong understanding of global markets and international business practices. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English. Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
