Job Description

Native Product Exports is seeking an experienced and results-driven Global Business Development Manager to expand our presence in key international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, and driving export sales growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of global markets, particularly in the Agro and Spices categories.

The candidate should be a self-starter capable of independently developing and executing international growth strategies, especially in target markets such as Mexico, China, USA, Indonesia, and UAE.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field; MBA or any relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred. 3-5 years of proven experience in international business development or export sales Demonstrated success in managing international clients, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value export deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with fluency in English Strong ability to work

travel internationally

as required for business meetings, trade shows, and client visits.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective export strategies to drive business growth in international markets. Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with new international clients, distributors, and trade partners. Conduct in-depth market research to analyze global trends, competitive landscape, pricing structures, and customer preferences across target regions. Adapt and customize product offerings to meet specific market requirements and buyer expectations. Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and destination country standards. Represent the company at international trade shows, B2B meetings, and industry events to generate leads and build brand presence. Prepare and present regular reports on market performance, sales forecasts, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
