Role Description
We are seeking an experienced
International Business Development Manager
to drive global growth and expand our presence in international markets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing international clients, developing export strategies, and strengthening long-term global partnerships. The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and fluency in spoken and written English.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute international business development strategies to expand global market presence
Identify and pursue new export opportunities across targeted regions
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors
Lead international sales initiatives and manage key global accounts
Prepare and implement business plans aligned with company growth objectives
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with overseas customers
Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution
Monitor international market trends, competition, and trade regulations
Represent the company in international meetings, exhibitions, and client discussions
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in
International Business Development / Export Sales
Strong track record of achieving international sales or export targets
Excellent fluency in
spoken and written English
(mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in account management and client relationship building
In-depth understanding of international markets and trade practices
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in the
manufacturing, piping, steel, or industrial products sector
is a strong advantage
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range:
20,000 - 30,000 INR* Performance-based incentives
