Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented

International Business Development Manager

from the

pharmaceutical export domain

. The role involves leading business growth initiatives across global markets, developing new partnerships, managing a team of International Business Development Executives, and ensuring strong client relationships to drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities for pharmaceutical exports in global markets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and healthcare partners across regions. Manage, guide, and monitor a team of

International Business Development Executives (BDEs)

to achieve sales and market expansion targets. Handle B2B and B2C inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and closures. Coordinate with internal departments (regulatory, logistics, production, finance) for smooth order execution. Conduct detailed market research to identify new territories, potential clients, and pricing trends. Develop and implement region-wise business strategies to achieve company objectives. Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings. Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, forecasts, and team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Management (MBA preferred). Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in

international business development/export marketing

in the

pharma sector

, with at least

1-2 years of team management experience.

Strong understanding of international pharma regulations, export documentation, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of handling multiple international markets simultaneously.

Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, CIS, and Latin America.
