Lead international business expansion for the company's spices portfolio. Responsible for managing a team, driving export sales, and establishing long-term partnerships across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and appoint distributors, agents, and channel partners in key international markets.
Drive end-to-end business development from lead generation to order closure.
Guide and mentor the BDE team to ensure target achievement.
Analyze global spice market trends and identify new opportunities.
Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and contracts with overseas clients.
Represent the company in global exhibitions, trade delegations, and buyer-seller meets.
Work closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA / PGDM in International Business or Marketing.
5-8 years of experience in international business development (preferably from Vasant Masala, MDH, Ramdev, Catch, or similar brands).
Proven track record of managing export markets and achieving sales growth.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
