Job Title: International Business Development Manager (IBDM)

_

Role Summary:

The International Business Development Manager drives international sales and export growth for the company's chemical products. This involves managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, handling leads, negotiating contracts, supervising the business development team, and ensuring accurate export documentation and compliance.

Key Deliverables:

1. Expand business in international markets by developing and executing sales strategies.

2. Manage and convert all sales leads to confirmed orders.

3. Identify new business opportunities globally.

4. Supervise and mentor International Business Development Executives (BDEs).

5. Maintain strong client communication and negotiate profitable deals.

6. Oversee order closure including inquiry, payment collection, and shipment coordination.

7. Ensure accuracy and compliance of export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, MSDS).

8. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets while maintaining profitability.

9. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to suggest product positioning and pricing.

10. Prepare MIS reports and present sales reviews to management.

11. Represent the company at international trade fairs and virtual buyer-seller meets.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, International Business, or Commerce.

- MBA or PG Diploma in International Trade, Marketing, Export Management preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years in international business development/export sales, preferably in chemical trading.

- Proven track record in generating and closing international business deals and independently handling export documentation.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of international chemical trading, export operations, and documentation.

- Proficient in trade portals, CRM tools, MS Office, and export data software (ImportGenius, Export Genius, Panjiva, Trademap).

- Excellent communication, email etiquette, and negotiation skills.

- Leadership ability to guide and motivate a team.

- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
