International Business Development Manager - EU Markets
to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive business expansion across European markets
Manage distributor and partner relationships across EU regions
Lead export sales, pricing strategies, and market entry plans
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of orders
Ensure compliance with EU regulations (REACH, EU Cosmetics Regulation, CE, etc.)
Represent the organization in global exhibitions and trade events
Ideal Candidate Profile:
7+ years of experience in international business development
Strong exposure to EU markets (Cosmetics / Pharma / FMCG)
Expertise in regulatory compliance, export documentation & negotiations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
