Roles & Responsibilities:
Define & execute Europe go-to-market strategy
Acquire and manage clients: fabricators, precast companies, GCs, EPCs, consultants
Own Europe P&L, revenue targets, pipeline & closures
Build partner/agent network in Europe
Represent the company at exhibitions & industry forums
Act as bridge between Europe clients and India/US delivery teams
Build & lead Europe BD team over time
Must-Have Profile
12-18+ years in international B2B sales / leadership
Strong Europe market exposure
Experience building new regions from zero
Comfortable with long sales cycles & senior stakeholder engagement
Engineering / MBA preferred
