The International Business Manager will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in global markets by identifying new business opportunities, managing international clients, and ensuring regulatory compliance for exports. The role requires strategic planning, business development, and coordination with internal teams to drive growth and profitability in overseas markets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and grow business in international territories.
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships, distributors, and agents in global markets.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and quality standards.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to fulfill international orders efficiently.
Attend global trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and promote products.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for management review.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
