International Team Leader - Business Development
to drive growth, lead a team, and manage international market operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business development activities
Work with targets and deliver consistent results
Train, guide, and motivate team members
Generate quality leads via digital marketing
Handle client communication & follow-ups
Conduct virtual meetings and manage project tasks
Own responsibilities and ensure timely execution
Understand international markets and implement growth strategies
Create and manage social media campaigns
Required Skills
Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, etc.)
Excellent communication, sales, and client-handling skills
Proven lead-generation and sales mindset
Team management & training abilities
Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines
Salary & Benefits
