Key Responsibilities
International Client Acquisition
Identify and engage
foreign clients
(US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC) requiring software development services
Generate leads through:
LinkedIn international outreach
Freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Toptal, etc.)
Cold emails and referrals
Track international RFPs and project requirements
Sales & Client Engagement
Initiate and manage first-level conversations with global clients
Understand scope, budget, timelines, and engagement models
Coordinate with internal tech teams for proposals and pricing
Lead negotiations and support deal closures
Deal Closure & Revenue Ownership
Close international deals and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business
Own revenue targets for foreign clients
Reporting & Tracking
Maintain accurate lead and deal data
Track:
International leads generated
Proposals sent
Deals closed
Foreign revenue generated
Provide weekly updates to leadership
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Proven experience in
international IT sales / global business development
Hands-on experience working with
foreign clients
Strong knowledge of
software development services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal)
Comfortable with
time zone coordination
Strong proposal writing and follow-up discipline
Good-to-Have
Proven success on Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr (profile with wins preferred)
Experience working with US, UK, EU, or Middle East clients
Familiarity with international contracts, NDAs, and payment models
Experience with CRM tools
