Role Overview
The
International Business Development Executive
will support domestic and international business growth by managing client relationships, converting leads, coordinating with internal teams, and representing the company at global exhibitions and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with existing and new clients
Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order conversion
Coordinate with Design, Production, and Logistics for timely delivery
Follow up on dispatches, documentation, and payments
Prepare business reports, market insights, and performance summaries
Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion
Represent the company at international exhibitions and client visits
Submit post-visit and exhibition reports with actionable insights
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Trade
6-8 years of experience in business development/export sales (manufacturing preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency required)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
