Position: International Business Development ExecutiveWhat You'll Do

Conduct

country-specific market research

to analyze disease profiles, identify essential medicines, and assess short-supply or high-demand products. Develop and implement

business strategies

tailored to each country's healthcare needs and market potential. Identify, evaluate, and onboard

local partners or distributors

to manage in-country marketing, logistics, and distribution operations. Generate and pursue

new business leads

through professional communication, cold calls, and email outreach. Prepare and present

product dossiers, quotations, and proposals

in coordination with internal teams. Coordinate with

Regulatory, Logistics, and Manufacturing departments

to ensure seamless order execution and timely delivery. Build and maintain

long-term relationships

with global clients and partners to support sustained business growth.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in

Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Management

.

0-2 years of experience

in

pharma exports or international business development

(Freshers are welcome). Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation

skills. Strong command of

English

(written and verbal). Understanding of

regulated and semi-regulated markets

is an advantage.

Self-driven, analytical

, and capable of managing multiple international projects independently.
