We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

International Business Development Executive

to join our team for our

RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) / Medical Billing process

. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients in the US healthcare market Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings with prospective clients Present company services confidently and professionally to international clients Identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools Stay updated on industry trends, RCM services, and competitor landscape

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Willingness to work in the night shift (US timing) Previous experience in RCM / medical billing or international sales preferred Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Self-motivated and target-driven attitude Basic understanding of healthcare revenue cycle is a plus
