Identify new business opportunities for training and certification services of Sustainability through market research, database mining, and active lead follow-ups.
Manage the complete sales cycle--from lead generation to negotiation and closure--for both training and certification offerings.
Conduct cold calling, emailing, and follow-up communication to engage potential clients from internal and external databases.
Approach prospective clients across domestic and international geographies to pitch company training and certification solutions.
Coordinate with existing certification clients to cross-sell relevant training programs.
Prepare and share customized training and certification quotations, proposals, and documents based on client needs.
Build and maintain a network of qualified trainers/tutors globally to support training delivery.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training and certification assignments.
Competency Requirements
Education: MBA (Fresher) or MBA Final Semester (preferred).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present professionally to clients.
Sales Attitude: Self-driven, positive, and motivated with a go-getter approach.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to use internet-based research tools.
Additional: Interest or prior exposure to training/certification sales will be an added advantage.
