We are seeking an International Brand Coordination Executive to work closely with global brand partners and internal teams. This role will act as a communication bridge between international brands and the India business, supporting stock planning, market insights, and structured reporting.
This is a defined executive-level role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to build expertise in supply planning and brand management within a fast-growing consumer business.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Partner Coordination
Coordinate with international brand partners on product availability, MOQs, lead times, and new launches
Share India-market sales updates, demand trends, and structured feedback with global brand teams
Maintain regular, professional communication with international stakeholders
Stock Planning & Forecast Support
Maintain sales, inventory, and forecast trackers
Support monthly and quarterly demand forecasts and stock projections
Track actual sales vs forecasts and flag risks of stockouts or excess inventory
Support purchase planning by preparing data for PO creation and replenishment discussions
Market & Brand Research
Conduct research on new brands, categories, pricing benchmarks, competition, and India-market fit
Prepare structured summaries and reports to support internal decision-making
Internal Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment between forecasts, purchase planning, and execution
Maintain clean documentation, trackers, and communication logs
Support senior team members with ad-hoc analysis and coordination tasks
Skills & Experience
0-2 years of experience in operations, planning, supply chain, category, or brand coordination roles
Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (trackers, formulas, data hygiene)
Basic understanding of demand forecasting, stock planning, or sales analysis
Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting with international teams
Highly structured, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up ownership
Ability to analyze data and convert it into clear insights and summaries
Preferred
Exposure to consumer brands, FMCG, baby/kids, lifestyle, or retail sectors
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams
