We are seeking an ideal candidate with strong communication skills to engage with US and Canada based clients who can work comfortably in

night shift

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for

travel customers

and provide professional travel consultancy. Plan, book, and confirm

flights, hotels, cars, and holiday packages

using Amadeus. Provide accurate information regarding fares, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel policies. Offer the best fare options and upsell additional travel services. Manage customer queries, modifications, cancellations, and issue resolutions effectively. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Strong

English communication skills

(verbal and written). Ability to work in a

night shift

(US timings). Good problem-solving skills with customer-first attitude.
